Need to cancel your membership and payroll deductions? Although sorry to see you leave the Association, the attached document will provide you information on canceling your payroll deductions. Any questions, please contact the current NAPPQM Treasurer.

You can change your username and password more to your liking. You should choose a password that you can easily remember. You can also edit other contact information, including your profile image. All this (username/password/contact information/image) can be edited by updating your profile. First click on the "My Profile" menu item, then on the top right of your profile, select either "update your profile" or "update your image".

Lost your password or username? You can recover your username or reset your password yourself by clicking the "Forgot Login" link under the member login area. Just follow the directions on the page shown. Note that your email is the email of record NAPPQM has for you. If you receive notices from NAPPQM, this is the email we have on record.
